Estimate
To the left are my gas bill numbers
from this month. As you can see, even though I gave my meter reading at
least 3 very cold days after they did the estimate, they overestimated my
bill by over ten MCF. My march 2003 bill is even lower than this year’s,
yet they didn’t adjust the estimate. When I called in to give a meter reading,
they didn’t believe me at first because the actual reading was so different
from the estimate. This amounts to over $100 difference in my gas bill.
