my first reaction to seeing these billboards was that they were talking about baby vampires. I am glad i am not the only one.
secondly i must add that baby vampires frighten me, mainly because i imagine they go right for you calves. unless they use their vampire strength to leep through the air and attach themselves to your kneck, which would be totally crazy.
